ABOUT OUR FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICY

Nothing is more irritating than adding an item to your online shopping cart, filling out a long address form then learning the shipping rate is outrageously high. That is why we have a FREE SHIPPING policy on all items, every day by regular U.S. mail.

HOW WE STARTED

While traveling the world as a travel writer I collected Christmas ornaments from most of the places I visited. As a result our Christmas tree because so heavy it fell over three times in one year. It was through this love of souvenir Christmas ornaments that I created Claudia's Collectibles World. In the past two years, we've received many emails from customers who were thrilled to find a special Christmas ornament featuring a bridge where they became engaged in Venice or a beach where they snorkeled in St Thomas. We're continuously adding new ornaments so please let us know if you have suggestions for us.

Shipping Information: Most orders ship the same business day. On average U.S. orders arrive within 3 days but please allow 8-10 business days around the holidays. Please allow delivery time of 8-10 business days for International Delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you're not happy with your order, please return it for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping.

REFUNDS ON ORNAMENTS AFTER DECEMBER 25TH-There is a 30% restocking fee for any ornaments returned after December 25th. We are sorry to institute this policy. Unfortunately we've learned some customers decorate a new tree with our ornaments every year then return them after Christmas for a refund.
